Form Completion
All forms must be completed in capital letters and submitted in person at the admission office.
Parent Signatures
Signatures of both parents or guardians are compulsory on all admission forms.

Admission Requirements
- Duly filled admission form submitted in capital letters
- Six recent passport-size colour photographs of the student in a white T-shirt or shirt with white background
- Student name written on the back of each photograph
- One photograph of both parents or guardian pasted on the admission form
- Photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate for Play Group to Grade XII
- Photocopy of the student vaccination card
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the student
- Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable
- Photocopy of previous grade report card for Grade II to XII
- School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate from the last school attended for Grade II to XII
- Photocopy of valid passport and visa pages if the student is a foreign national
