BOMIS Naubatpur is a social endeavor and a joint venture of Birla Edutech and Ramanujam Welfare & Educational Trust. The trust believes that human resources are the most important resource on earth and that quality education can create creative, reflective, oriented, and critical thinkers for tomorrow. The school aims to become a centre of excellence that encourages ethical values, character, wisdom, leadership, service, and academic achievement.

Mr. Baldeo Prasad shares his background as an entrepreneur with around 25 years of experience in the brick industry. His work with co-workers helped him understand that people are motivated not only by economic needs but also by social and interpersonal needs, inspiring the foundation of Ramanujam Welfare & Educational Trust.
